Projects You will need to do a minimum of one science project to complete your unit study. Here are some ideas: Purchase an optics kit and do the activities. Using a book of energy experiments as a guide, keep a log of science experiments you have done. Include the following: items used, steps taken to complete the investigation, results, conclusion. Each MatchCard Instructor's Page has lists a hands-on project to teach or reinforce that objective.
MatchCards The Matchcards are optional but are great for teaching and reinforcing the objectives. There is one MatchCard for each of the objectives listed above. The MatchCards give you: - A simple diagram of the concept
- Information pieces to place on the student card as a game
- Instructor's card with all the answers, a suggested activity for teaching

Unit Study LogYou will complete a Unit Study Log. It will include your bibliography, description of science projects you do, list of daily readings and activities, and Grading Sheet. The Instructor's Guide gives more information on keeping a Unit Study Log.
